Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Washington state is seeking a Nurse Educator to design and deliver orientation and ongoing education for nursing staff, and to oversee the nurse residency program in a growing healthcare organization.

The role requires a BSN, RN license in WA, CPR and ACLS/PALS instructor status preferred, and at least five years acute care nursing experience with two years in education.

Salary range $115K-$144K with full benefits and relocation assistance, reporting to the CNO.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate and deliver orientation and educational information to new and existing nursing staff and oversee the nurse residency program.
• Facilitate and teach certification classes for Healthcare Providers (ACLS, ACLS-OB, PALS, NRP, TNCC and ENPC).
• Collaborate with nursing managers and education staff to support development and maintenance of nursing skills through educational opportunities.
• Report to the CNO.

LOCATION: Warden, WA

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing required, Master's degree in nursing or a related field preferred. Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
• CPR and ACLS/PALS instructor status preferred.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience in acute care within the previous 7 years. Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting nursing education.

Hours and compensation potential:

• This is a full-time, salary exempt position.
• Range is $115K-$144K depending on experience.
• Full benefits package including relocation assistance(5K).
