You’re a clinician, a patient advocate, and an educator — and you excel at every one of them.

In this role, you will provide clinical expertise to healthcare providers and patients by utilizing your clinical skills and education to improve patient outcomes. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Educating patients and caregivers who have opted for CEM education on what to expect before, during, and after IV infusion delivery by healthcare professionals.
  2. Training patients and caregivers on self-injection techniques.
  3. Providing patient-level reimbursement and access support services directly to patients.
  4. Collaborating with ecosystem partners to inform prescribers and staff about client’s patient education services, following brand guidance and policy.
  5. Strategizing with territory partners to identify educational opportunities.
  6. Maintaining an active RN license in good standing.
  7. Traveling up to 15% as required.
  8. Residing within the territory or within its boundaries.

Desired Qualifications:

  • BSN preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or patient education industry preferred.
  • Previous clinical or commercial experience with MS, persistent asthma, or chronic spontaneous urticaria; experience in food allergy is a plus.
  • Injection training and infusion experience preferred.

The annual base salary ranges from $125,000 to $141,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits may include a company car or allowance, and potential bonuses or commissions based on performance.
