Qualifications

• BSN required; current Louisiana RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Master’s degree in nursing preferred for advancement.
• Strong computer and software skills in clinical education.

Responsibilities

• Assess educational needs and design, present, and evaluate education programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Act as a performance consultant and collaborate across departments.
• Coordinate training facilities and resources to support learning activities.
• Participate in groups and professional associations to stay current.
• Perform other related duties as required.
