Job summary

Ochsner Health seeks a Clinical Educator to lead educational initiatives for clinical and non-clinical staff. You will design, present, and evaluate training programs that improve patient care and workflows.

You will partner with nursing leadership and organizational management to implement goals, coordinate facilities, and ensure compliance with standards. A nursing degree and current RN license are required, with preference for an advanced degree.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice.
• Mandatory nursing degree and BLS.
• Experience with education/training programs in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers educational programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Assesses learning needs and evaluates outcomes.
• Coordinates training facilities and resources.
