Job summary

You will assess needs, develop curricula, and present training across departments, ensuring alignment with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a nursing BSN with 3 years of experience, an active RN license, and BLS. A Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Master's degree in nursing is preferred.
• 3 years of nursing experience required.
• Current RN license in state of practice; BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, designs, presents and evaluates educational programs for clinical and non-clinical staff based on identified needs/competencies.
• Actively participates in groups and professional associations.
• Functions as a performance consultant.
• Coordinates training facilities and other resources.
• Performs other related duties as required.
