Job summary

St. Mary’s Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Education Coordinator to support the clinical education department. You will oversee student and instructor onboarding, manage Cerner access, and run reports from the LMS to track course status.

You’ll assist with orientation, attendance, and coordinating staff across facilities, while supporting educators and HR in meeting training needs.

Qualifications

• LMS experience preferred.
• Office management experience preferred.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all administrative functions of the clinical education department.
• Onboard students and instructors and manage Cerner access.
• Manage the LMS to assign and report course status.
• Support orientation, attendance documentation, and staffing from all facilities.
• Support educators, human resources, and employed staff to fulfill training needs.
