Qualifications
- BSN required and NY RN license.

- 3–5 years of acute care nursing experience.
- Engagement in education, management, and evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities
- Leads patient experience initiatives and promotes Relationship Centered Care.
- Oversees budgeting and capital equipment decisions.
- Maintains educational records and reporting systems.
- Conducts research activities related to education and healthcare management.
- Ensures age-appropriate care across all patient groups.
- Participates in recruitment, evaluation, and performance improvement of staff.
- Provides mentorship and training for new leadership staff and students.
- Leads shared decision making and governance within the nursing department.
