Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in nursing or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in nursing education or related field.
• Licensed RN with current licensure or multi-state license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Participates in annual education/learning needs assessment for nursing.
• Delivers educational programs and curricula for nursing staff.
• Develops and validates competencies for varied nursing roles.
• Teaches content to facilitate orientation, staff development, and safe practice.
• Supports tracking staff education requirements and ongoing competency.
