Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking nursing faculty for its BHSF undergraduate nursing education program, responsible for preparing pre-licensure students for NCLEX and guiding them through clinical rotations and mentoring. Faculty will support nursing education objectives and collaborate across departments.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Nursing (Doctorate preferred), and RN licensure with BLS. Experience in teaching, curriculum development, and LMS usage is valued.

Qualifications

• Degrees: Masters.
• Licenses & Certifications: Basic Life Support, Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pre-licensure nursing students for NCLEX state exam upon graduation.
• Collaborate in curriculum development and student progress evaluation.
• Provide didactic lectures, skills labs, and oversee clinical rotations.
• Mentor students and support transition to RN residency and committees.
