Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead physician-led, data-driven quality improvement via a multidisciplinary committee.
• Develop order sets as part of quality initiatives.
• Maintain professional image and customer relations per Service Excellence.
• Use problem-solving to improve patient care per clinical effectiveness plan.
• Apply problem solving, reliability, and change theory to care opportunities.
• Collaborate with medical staff, leadership, regulatory agencies, and teams to implement evidence-based care.
• Demonstrate understanding of A3 thinking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
