Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. is seeking a dedicated Nurse Coordinator to oversee patient care responsibilities. The Nurse Coordinator will manage patient care with teams, mentor nursing staff, and ensure educational opportunities.
A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and three years of relevant experience are required. The position offers a full-time schedule including weekend work. Benefits include health plans and loan forgiveness options.

May include a night shift differential for qualifying evening/night shifts and a weekend differential for qualifying weekend shifts.
This position is covered under the DC Nurses Association (DCNA) collective bargaining agreement. Base pay range: $39.25–$63.89/hr, commensurate with experience and qualifications per the DCNA wage scale. Effective July 1, 2026, the base range will increase to $39.84–$64.85/hr per the updated collective bargaining agreement.
