Research Medical Center in Kansas City area seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Neph Metabolic) to lead nursing care on the unit and ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes. You’ll collaborate with management and serve as a resource to staff while advancing the organization’s mission.

The CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates care, supports interviewing and training of staff, and helps shape process improvements to enhance patient experiences and clinical results across shifts.

Formación

• ACLS and BLS certifications are required for the role.
• Current RN license in good standing is required.
• RN Diploma and related nursing credentials are needed.
• No travel is required for this position.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient care and direct nursing activities during shift.
• Collaborate with management to monitor quality and outcomes.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and throughput improvements.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and training needs.
• Implement nursing strategies and ensure policy compliance.
• Contribute to service improvement and patient experience goals.
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment management.
• Engage in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when needed.
