Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or active enrollment in a BSN program with RN license.
• RN license in Texas required or in process.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily care for patients within the clinical subspecialty.
• Provide education concerning various aspects of the care.
• Coordinate nursing care across departments and subspecialty services with teamwork and communication.
• Coordinate initial education of patients by phone.
• Coordinate visits with imaging and subspecialists.
• Ensure staffing needs are met.
