Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or an associate/technical nursing diploma with RN license eligibility.
• RN License by Texas Board of Nursing or equivalent licensure.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• 3+ years nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily care coordination of patients within the clinical subspecialty.
• Provide patient education on various aspects of care.
• Coordinate nursing care across departments with teamwork and strong communication.
• Coordinate initial patient education by phone.
• Arrange visits with imaging and subspecialists as needed.
• Ensure staffing needs are met.
