Qualifications

• BSN degree and an unencumbered RN license in the US or Canada.
• At least 1 year of general medical, adult, or pediatric acute care experience.
• Ability to write clear rationales and teach content.
• Strong verbal and written communication and detail orientation.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team.

Responsabilités

• Write NGN-style nursing questions and develop explanations for answers.
• Explain the rationale behind each answer to reinforce learning.
• Keep content current with evidence-based nursing practice.
• Collaborate with a team of nurse educators to review and improve materials.
• Grow skills in item development and nursing education for long-term career growth.
