Job summary

UWorld, a leader in high-stakes nursing education, seeks a Nurse Content Specialist to create NGN-style questions and detailed rationales. You’ll join our Dallas-based nursing education team with a 4-day workweek, no night shifts, and flexible hours.

You will write questions, explain the reasoning, and ensure content remains current and accurate across all settings. A BSN is required with US/Canada RN licensure and acute care experience.

Qualifications

• BSN required; master's degree preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in US or Canada.
• 1+ year general med/acute care exp. (adult/peds).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Detail-focused with deadlines in mind.

Responsibilities

• Write NGN-style test questions to assess clinical judgment.
• Provide clear rationales explaining answers and concepts.
• Keep content current using evidence-based resources.
• Collaborate with nurses to review and improve content.
• Develop skills in item development and nursing education.
