Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing; must be enrolled in a Master's degree program within 36 months of hire.
5 years nursing experience required.
Minimum one year in the specialty patient population or practice setting.
Master's degree preferred; if not in Nursing, require BSN.
AHA BLS HCP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Has full authority and accountability for direction and leadership of program planning and guideline development.
Sets practice standards within organizational goals and budgets.
Manages human, fiscal and other resources to ensure quality programs and services.
Will generally work day shift with flexibility for special projects and staffing needs.
