Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document daily patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Provide patient/family teaching and health promotion.
• Lead in evidence-based practice and unit initiatives.
• Utilize technology and participate in care coordination with inter-disciplinary team.
