Job summary

Northside Hospital Inc. seeks a nursing leader to serve as a unit-based clinical resource and educator in Atlanta.

You will lead staff development, orientation, onboarding, competency, patient education, and quality improvement initiatives to uphold care standards. The role requires a Georgia RN license, 2 years of RN experience, 2 years in a clinical specialty, and BLS certification; additional life-support credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing or related field.
• Licensed RN in Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Two (2) years of experience as an RN.
• Two (2) years of clinical experience as RN in the clinical specialty.
• Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support.
• Preferred: ACLS, PALS, NRP or other clinical specialty certifications.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing or related field
• Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
• Two (2) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in the clinical specialty.
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support.
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

PREFERRED

• Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
