Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join the unit-based leadership team in Atlanta. The role oversees nursing operations within a specified unit and may assume 24-hour responsibility when the Manager or Director is unavailable.

Qualifications include an accredited nursing degree, current GA RN license or multi-state license, and BLS certification. A BSN or higher with specialty experience is preferred, with ACLS/PALS or other certifications advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty OR
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.
• Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license
• Must hold Cert in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
