Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice (compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days).
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers is required.
• BSN within four years of hire/promotion unless an education agreement exists.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit staffing and scheduling to meet patient care needs.
• Provide clinical leadership during shifts and supervise staff on the unit.
• Support professional governance and staff development for competency and advancement.
• Oversee patient care delivery, documentation, and adherence to policies.
• Promote safety, quality and patient experience in day-to-day operations.
