Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead unit staffing, schedule caregivers, and manage resources to meet patient care needs.
• Provide bedside care and clinical oversight during shifts.
• Oversee staff competency, performance reviews, and mentorship.
• Support governance and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
