Qualifications
- Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution; BSN within four years of hire/promotion
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and clinical expertise during shift and department
- Lead staffing and scheduling to align with patient needs
- Supervise staff performance and competency development
- Mentor and guide staff to advance from novice to expert
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and documentation
- Assist with patient care as needed
- Oversee unit operations and safety initiatives
