Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution; BSN must be obtained within four years of hire/promotion.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and clinical expertise during shifts and within the department.
• Manages unit resources and supervises personnel to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Leads change, scheduling, staff competency maintenance, orientation for new employees, and performance reviews.
• Coordinates care and collaborates with the health team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
