Ascension St. Vincent's St. Johns County Hospital in St. Johns, FL is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead nursing and support staff on a day shift. The role focuses on directing workflows and delivering high-quality patient care with a collaborative team.

You will mentor staff, coordinate shifts, assess patient needs, resolve care concerns, and ensure essential supplies are available to support optimal outcomes. An active RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required (Florida).
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership/shift management experience.
