Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Nights shift at Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County Hospital in Middleburg, FL. This full-time role requires delivering patient-centered care, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and executing orders with precision.

You will monitor patient status, document progress, and lead discharge planning efforts to ensure safe transitions. Minimum qualifications include an active Florida RN license and BLS within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
• RN license from Florida Board of Nursing required before hire date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care following clinical standards and protocols.
• Lead the discharge planning process with the health-care team for safe patient transitions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team communications and treatment planning.
• Execute physician and nursing orders accurately as part of the care team.
• Proactively monitor patient status and document progress to optimize outcomes.
