Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Clinical Training and Competency Manager to lead clinical education, competency validation, and training program oversight across the organization in Dallas, TX. The role partners with clinical, operational, and quality leaders to ensure workforce readiness and ongoing education.

The position requires an RN with BSN and 3+ years in home health nursing; MSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BSN required.
• 3+ years home health nursing experience.
• Knowledge of OASIS/CMS regulations and home health reimbursement.
• 3+ years in staff education, precepting, training, or clinical leadership preferred.
• MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and maintain clinical education and training programs.
• Assist onboarding and ongoing education for clinical staff.
• Identify training needs and support clinical teams' development.
• Maintain educational materials and resources.
• Support competency assessment, validation, and documentation.
