Tenet Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator for the CVI Noninvasive Lab in Detroit. The role leads nursing personnel, coordinates the care delivery team, and supports staffing, prioritization, and evaluation of patient care.

The Clinical Coordinator works under the Administrative Director and Clinical Manager to ensure leadership coverage. The position requires an RN license in Michigan, 1–2 years of leadership experience, strong delegation skills, and BLS

Qualifications

• Associates Degree/Diploma required. BSN preferred.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by the state of Michigan.
• 1–2 years of progressively more responsible leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, delegate, and facilitate processes.
• BLS required, ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and act as clinical resource for nursing personnel.
• Assist in scheduling staff and maintaining nurse-patient ratios.
• Support staff development and in-service programs.
• Participate in unit and hospital process improvement.
• Contribute to staff performance appraisals and education.
• Coordinate policies and standards for the department.
