Job summary

University Medical Center of El Paso is seeking an experienced nursing leader to administer and coordinate the delivery of patient care and clinical services for Neighborhood Health Centers (NHC) in the El Paso County Hospital District operations. The role includes Joint Commission readiness, data-driven process improvement, and coordinating clinical training, reporting directly to the Clinic Director.

You will supervise nursing staff, ensure safe, high-quality care, manage budgets and grants,

Qualifications

• Three years of lead/supervisory/management experience required, preferable in a clinical setting.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas required.
• Current CPR training program required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery of patient care and all clinical services for NHC of El Paso County Hospital District operations.
• Advance Joint Commission readiness and data-driven process improvement.
• Coordinate clinical training and staff development.
• Serve as clinical liaison between NHC and hospital Nursing Department and oversee Associate development.
• Ensure continuity of safe, high-quality patient care.
• Evaluate and recommend programs and procedures for clinic operations.
