• Transcript required as part of the application.
• Foreign nursing degree requires CGFNS certification.
• Exemption: current federal employee in 0610 series may be exempt with documentation.
• Specialized experience includes 1+ year of professional Nursing experience with data review, discharge planning or case management, staff education, and process improvement.
