Job summary

Paradigm Corp in the Atlanta area is seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to cover Atlanta, including Athens, Gainesville, Lawrenceville, Douglasville and McDonough. This hybrid role requires about 80% local travel for in-person visits and GA licensing.

You will manage work-related injuries from assessment to evaluation, collaborating with insurance carriers, medical providers, attorneys, employers and employees. Travel and licensure are required; catastrophic cases may be involved.

Qualifications

• RN license in GA is required.
• CCM/CRRN/COHN/CDMS credentials are required.
• GA Rehabilitation Supplier preferred, or become one within one week of start.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to cover Atlanta to include but not limited to Athens, Gainesville, Lawrenceville, Douglasville, McDonough.

A Field Nurse Case Manager is a hybrid position. The candidate must be locatedin the Atlanta area due to regular local travel (80% of the time) for in-person patient appointments.Candidate must be willing to travel and be licensed in GA.

This individual is responsible for the medical case management of work-related injuries, which includes assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals. The Case Manager works with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, employers, and employees, and closely monitors the progress of the injured worker and reports results back to the employer and insurance carriers.Candidates must be willing to learn and take catastrophic cases.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in GA
• CCM, CRRN, COHN, or CDMS required
• GA Rehabilitation Supplier preferred, required within one week of start date
• Experience in workers compensation case management, preferred
• Skills required for success: organization and timeline adherence skills, PC and technology skills, communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
• Valid Driver's License, and good driving history
