Job summary

Berkley Medical Management Solutions (BMMS) is seeking a Nurse Case Management Supervisor to lead a team of Nurse Case Managers and unlicensed clinicians, ensuring timely case assignments and high clinical value. You will drive staff development, performance evaluations, and policy adherence.

You will manage payroll, budgets, and foster strong relationships with Berkley units, vendors, and coworkers while maintaining professional standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and current.
• Proven coaching and leadership skills.
• Full working knowledge of Nursing Scope of Practice.
• Excellent Listening, Communication, and Writing skills.
• Experienced with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with workers’ compensation case management preferred.
• Self-directed, professional, and proficient in advocacy.
• Leadership qualities aligned with BMMS Innovative behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Nurse Case Managers and unlicensed staff.
• Oversee timely case assignments and quality reviews.
• Assist in budget preparation and adhere to budget parameters.
• Interview and hire new nurse case managers and BMMS team members; orient new hires.
• Ensure proper timekeeping and payroll entries; prepare evaluations and coaching.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff, leadership, vendors, and Berkley units; report trends to senior leadership.
• Travel domestically up to 10% as required.
