Job summary

Generations Healthcare invites motivated individuals to join its Nurse Assistant Training Program, delivered online and in hybrid format. This cost-free program covers basic nursing, medical terminology, and anatomy to prepare for the State Competency Exam for Certification, and trainees will be hired as Nurse Assistant Trainees.

Theory runs via Canvas and Zoom (live instruction) and clinicals take place at Lakeside Special Care Center, Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Access to a home computer with internet, video, audio, and webcam capabilities.
• Completion of history and physical, TB screening, and drug screening (to be done one week before the session starts).
• Completion of LiveScan fingerprinting for criminal background clearance.
• Possession of an email account (preferably Gmail).
• Proof of COVID vaccination (or approval for accommodations or waiver).
