Qualifications

• Access to a home computer with internet, video, audio, and webcam capabilities
• Completion of history and physical, TB screening, and drug screening (to be done one week before the session starts)
• Completion of LiveScan fingerprinting for criminal background clearance
• Possession of an email account (preferably Gmail)
• Proof of COVID vaccination (or approval for accommodations or waiver)

Responsibilities

• Attend Nurse Assistant Training Program to prepare for the State Competency Exam for Certification
• Complete theory training online and clinical training at Lakeside Special Care Center
• Meet program requirements and pass all tests with at least 75% to qualify for certification
