Job summary

CoxHealth Branson offers a classroom and clinical learning environment to obtain training as an unlicensed assistive personnel.

During clinical rotation, you will provide basic patient care under supervision, take vitals, assist with bathing and mobility, change linens, and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff. A competency assessment will be administered at the end of the training. Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent; prior patient care experience is desired.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Prior patient care or health care related experience

Responsibilities

• Take vitals, bathe, dress, move patients and change linens within scope
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff or educator
• Provide basic patient care under supervision during clinical learning
• Undergo a competency assessment at the end of the training
