MUSC Health on the 9th floor Inpatient Rehab unit in Florence, SC seeks a Nurse Assistant to provide routine patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This PRN role involves 8 scheduled hours per week with duties including basic patient assistance and support for the rehab team.
Minimum requirements include Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant training. AHA/Red Cross BLS certification is required within 2 weeks of hire and must be maintained thereafter.

The Nurse Assistant performs routine duties within the limits of training and certification in caring for the hospitalized patient. The care is rendered under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs other duties related to the work described herein.
Minimum Requirements: Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant, or equivalent training. Credentials: Basic Life Support required within 2 weeks of hire. Thereafter, must maintain. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
