Job summary

MUSC Pee Dee Division in Florence, SC is seeking Nurse Assistants to join our nursing teams. This position supports the nursing staff with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and transportation of patients. Full-time and PRN opportunities are offered. Completion of an accredited nurse assisting program or at least one year of patient care experience is required.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nurse assisting program or at least one year of patient care experience.
• Ability to assist with personal hygiene, dressing, walking and comfort for patients.
• Assist with bed linen changes, transportation to tests and procedures, and nourishment delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing team with patient care activities.
• Support personal needs, safety, and comfort of patients.
• Record basic observations under supervision and report changes to the nurse.
