Corewell Health is hiring for a part-time CNA role on the Med Surg unit at Grosse Pointe Hospital. You will assist with patient care, transport, observation duties, and clerical tasks while documenting in the EMR. The position supports rotation through nights with a 7:00 p.m.
to 7:30 a.m. shift and a 24-hour weekly schedule. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification is preferred, and BLS is required within 30 days of hire.

3SE is committed to providing high quality patient and family centered care for a patient population consisting of individuals undergoing total joint replacement, spine surgeries, those suffering fractured hips, other orthopedic injuries and select medical patients.
Provides care to the patient according to the plan of care, unit routine and hospital policy under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Safe transport of patients via wheelchair or stretcher, dispatch services and appropriate documentation of services. Provides the services of an Observer for any patient on a patient care unit who has been assessed to require constant observation, either in person or via remote video monitoring, to maximize his/her safety. Performs general receptionist and clerical duties to facilitate efficient functioning of the nursing unit. Documentation of care provided in the electronic medical record.
This position requires a full week of corporate orientation. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm. You will be required to attend the entire week consecutively.
