Position Summary:
With the direction of the Nurse Manager, and in collaboration with other members of the Patient Care Team, Nursing Assistants assist with the direct day-to-day care of patients and families. Performs a variety of non-patient care duties. Responsible for providing and maintaining positive interactions with every patient/family/visitor they encounter. Provides care specific to ages and development needs of patients, adults, geriatric, and adolescents.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required: High School Diploma or GED. Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program or equivalent experience; or will provide on-the-job education and training—basic Life Support or acquired within the introductory period.
Preferred: One-year acute care setting.
