Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining medical records, transcribing orders, and performing clerical tasks while also acting as a receptionist.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; CNA preferred or in progress.
• Nursing students who have completed a semester of clinicals may be considered.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required by hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities and basic care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Prepare and maintain medical records and transcribe physician orders.
• Perform as receptionist and handle clerical tasks for nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and support department needs.
