Responsibilities

• Assists in admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Communicates changes in patient status to RN or LPN.
• Collects, reports, and documents data.
• Ensures patient safety and positive patient outcomes.
• Transports patients as needed.
• Performs duties such as EKGs, catheter removal, and monitoring as oriented.
