Job summary

The position requires 6 months of healthcare or administrative support experience or an Ohio STNA certification, plus BLS within three months of hire and basic computer/EHR proficiency.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in patient care or administrative support in a healthcare setting, or STNA certification in Ohio.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within three months of hire.
• Basic computer proficiency including electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports patient care and unit operations by assisting patients with daily living activities and performing essential administrative and clerical functions.
• Maintains effective communication, accurate record keeping, and a safe, organized environment for patients and staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.
