Henry Ford Health in Clinton Township, MI is seeking a Nurse Assistant for the Macomb Hospital Surgical-Med ICU unit on the Midnight Shift (3x12s, every other weekend). This full-time role supports RN-led care and patient comfort at a high-acuity hub near Detroit.

You will perform patient care under RN supervision, participate in care planning, respond to emergencies, and pursue ongoing education to grow professionally within Henry Ford Health.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a Nurse Assistant program or enrollment in a nursing program.
• Foreign trained RN without Michigan license or Medical Assistant program considered.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• CNA certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the RN in planning and implementing patient care.

Full Time – 36 hours

Midnight Shift:6:30 pm – 7:00 am

3x12 hours shift - every other weekend

Qualifications

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Completion of a Nurse Assistant program (e.g., Patient Care Technician or Patient Assistant Technician) OR
  • Currently enrolled in a nursing program with successful completion of Fundamentals of Nursing OR
  • Foreign trained and licensed RN without a Michigan RN license OR
  • Medical Assistant program with or without experience OR
  • At least one year of previous experience in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred.
