Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care according to the plan of care, unit routine, and hospital policy under RN direction.
• Safely transport patients via wheelchair or stretcher and document services.
• Provide observer services for patients requiring constant observation, including remote video monitoring.
• Perform receptionist and clerical duties to support nursing unit operations.
• Document care in the electronic medical record.
