Primary Scheduled Hours:Per Diem, Various Shifts
Job Summary:Provides direct and indirect care for the residents as a caregiver and dispenser of medications. Communicates with the residents, family, departmental staff, and visitors.
Essential Job Functions:
Education Background and Experience Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent.
Required Licensure / Certifications:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (NA-C) in the State of Washington.
Nurse Delegation Core and Diabetic Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) year experience in direct care of older persons requiring care in a residential environment. Assisted Living required certifications: Mental Health, Dementia, Developmental Disabilities.
