Henry Ford Health is seeking a Nurse Assistant for the H5 Cardiac Telemetry Unit (32-bed) to deliver compassionate patient care and support to a diverse cardiac patient population. You will work with Registered Nurses to implement care plans and monitor patient conditions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, CNA preferred, and completion of a Nurse Assistant program. Enrollment in a nursing program or foreign-trained RN relocation are considered.
