Vibra Hospital of SE Massachusetts in New Bedford, MA is seeking Nurse Apprentices to join our team. You will assist licensed nurses with daily living activities, document care, and maintain a clean, safe environment for patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries.

Candidates must be a high school graduate, active nursing student, and hold current BLS certification; an active nursing program certification or CNA/Nurse Technician eligibility is required by the state.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active nursing student enrolled in a nursing program is required.
• Current, valid BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required.
• Active certification to practice as a Nurse Apprentice, Nurse Technician or CNA as applicable in the state of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in patient care, including activities of daily living.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and follows basic infection control procedures.
• Recognizes emergency situations and responds appropriately.
