Vibra Hospital of Southeast Massachusetts in New Bedford, MA seeks an LPN/LVN to provide patient-centered care in a 90-bed CCU-focused environment. The role emphasizes nursing process delivery, collaboration with RNs, and developing specialty expertise.

Formación

• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor required.
• IV certification required; ability to initiate venous access.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• At least 3 years medical/surgical experience preferred.
• 1 year of area-specific experience preferred.
• Must project a professional image and maintain standards.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care on the unit following the nursing process.
• Assist in coordinating care under the direction of the RN.
• Delegate and supervise nursing tasks as appropriate.
• Maintain professional relationships and develop clinical expertise per specialty.
