Palm Careers in Virginia is partnering with a client to hire CRNAs for a NO CALL, employed position with flexible shifts (8, 10, 12, and 24 hours).

Earn $210,000–$250,000+ base, plus a $5,000 quality bonus and a $3,000 annual CME allowance, plus generous vacation and family medical leave. Benefits include paid malpractice, tail insurance, and two retirement plans, with 3% company retirement contribution through a 401a plan.

Qualifications

• CRNA certification and state licensure in Virginia
• Experience with a NO CALL, employed CRNA role preferred
• Ability to cover flexible shifts including 24-hour blocks

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for diverse surgical cases
• Monitor and ensure patient safety throughout procedures
• Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams to optimize outcomes
