Practice Environment:

• Large, academic-based facility with over 30 ORs and additional off‑site procedure areas

• Subspecialty teams in OB, pediatrics, regionals, and outpatient centers — choose your areas of focus after 6 months
• No required regional blocks unless you choose to join that team
• Support from anesthesia techs, residents, SRNAs, and MDs – strong team presence without micromanagement
